The problem
Stick drift is wear, not a glitch.
Over time, the sensors inside a thumbstick wear and begin registering movement that isn't there. Cameras creep, aim pulls to one side and menus scroll on their own. Recalibrating can mask it for a while, but replacing the worn modules is what resolves it, for a fraction of the cost of a new controller.

Within two days of arrival we test its condition, fit TMR modules to both sticks, clean the housing, then recalibrate and test.

Good questions.
What are TMR modules?
TMR (tunnel magnetoresistance) sensors read stick movement magnetically instead of through a worn physical contact, so they're far less prone to drift.
Why replace both sticks?
Both modules are replaced as standard, so both sticks respond identically and neither is left to wear out.
What does the warranty cover?
Our repair work, for 90 days. It doesn't cover accidental damage, dirt or liquid ingress, or faults unrelated to the work we carried out.
Where do I send my controller?
We give you our address once you've submitted the request form. Service is UK mail-in only.
Do you repair Edge, Elite or older models?
No. We specialise in standard PS5 DualSense and standard Xbox Series controllers.
How long will I be without it?
We repair within two days of arrival and post it back the next day. Add Royal Mail transit time in each direction.
